Brian Miller Will Be Guest Speaker at May 23rd Speaker Series

Our parish's 150th Church Anniversary celebration continues with the Speaker Series evening on Thursday, May 23.  Our guest speaker, Brian Miller, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Catholic Youth Apostolate for the Archdiocese of St. Louis and holds a Master’s degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute in Colorado.

Brian developed his missionary zeal while serving as a FOCUS Missionary to evangelize college students on several campuses throughout the country and through a profound encounter with Christ during St. John Paul II’s visit to St. Louis.  He and his wife Liz have 4 children and are active parishioners of St. Justin Martyr in Sunset Hills.

Brian's message "Set the World on Fire,"  will enlighten us as to what can be done when we read and hear the depressing statistics about the Catholic Church today.  Come hear how you, as an everyday normal parishioner, can live as a missionary disciple and help rebuild our church.
