Father Mike's Message - 02/26/2023

Dear Parishioners,

Many thanks to all who came out to support the breakfast last weekend! And a big thank you to all of our volunteers who so efficiently prepare the delicious breakfast each month. Thank  you to our Knights of Columbus for sponsoring our breakfast in February! We were so blessed by the turnout, and the great spirit of camaraderie.

As we proceed through these first days of Lent, please keep each other in prayer. This can be such a rich season of growth for us. We have tons of resources available to help make this a great season of Lent. Check out pages 4 and 5 of this bulletin or our website for more information.

Today our RCIA candidates will head to the Cathedral for the Rite of Acceptance and Call to Continuing Conversion with Archbishop Rozanski. It’s always a nice occasion to see so many people from around the Archdiocese who are seeking to become a members of our Catholic faith. Please keep them in your prayers as they prepare for the Easter celebration and the reception of the Sacraments.

This coming Saturday, March 4th, we will have the return of the Borgia Dartball Tournament! The Dartball Tournament is sponsored by our SFBGS Home & School Association who do such a great job of supporting our teachers and students.
