Fr. Mike's Message - 02/12/2023

Dear Parishioners,

This weekend, after all the Masses, we will make available the latest draft model from the Archdiocese of St. Louis for our Planning Area.  I encourage you to stop by the Choir Room off the main lobby in Jesuit Hall to take a look at the new model.  The guiding question to think about is this: which communities does it make most sense to have come together in light of demographic shifts, evangelization and social outreach efforts, resources, and priest availability? Your feedback is welcome and appreciated.  Please let one of our Key Parish Leaders, Fr. Tony, or me know your feedback.  Thank you for your attentiveness to this.  Feedback from the people of the Archdiocese has made a huge impact so far on this process.

Next weekend we will have our Parish Breakfast, so please come on by the Grade School cafeteria on Sunday morning for a great meal and for some really wonderful company!  We are so blessed by our volunteers who make the breakfast happen each month.  This month, we are so thankful to our breakfast sponsor: Knights of Columbus.  I look forward to seeing you at the breakfast next Sunday.

This coming Saturday, February 18th, is the Borgia High School Auction Gala.  This is always a wonderful evening.  Thanks to our high school staff who have worked so hard on this to help keep tuition affordable.  We are blessed to have our Borgia High School.  Thanks for your support.
