Following the Archdiocese’s recommendations and after much consideration and prayer, I have decided the following:
The parish office will be closed effective tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18, through Monday, April 6. Phone calls to the parish office will be answered and forwarded to the respective staff member for followup. Please use the mail slot in the door of the main entrance to drop off any communications with the parish staff.
Church will remain open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only the east door will be open. Parishioners are welcome to come into church to pray.
After today, we will not have Eucharistic Adoration until further notice.
I should receive some type of directive for Holy Communion tomorrow from the Archbishop.
Confessions will be at the regularly scheduled times:
Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m.
Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.
Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. and afternoon 3:30-4:15 p.m.
Baptisms have been postponed.
Anointing of the Sick can be done by appointment.
Funeral Masses will be suspended effective immediately. A burial service at the cemetery will be held with the priest officiating, and a Memorial Mass in the church will be scheduled at a later time convenient to the family.
All parish ministry activities and events are cancelled thru April 6th.
Encore Resale Shop will be closed thru April 6th.
Mass intentions will not be sold during this time period.
SCRIPS will not be sold during this time period.
