Pastor's Notes - 03/10/2019

As you are probably aware, Pope Francis will meet with some Bishops in Rome regarding the abuse by clergy in the Church.  Archbishop Carlson, along with, Bishop Rivituso and Sandra Price, Executive Director of Child and Youth Protection, had an interview with Jennifer Brinker of the St. Louis Review.  Please take the time to watch it on archstl.org/st-louis-review.  It is 17 and a half minutes long and is well worth your viewing.  This will inform you of what is being done in the Archdiocese of St. Louis about the clergy abuse.
 
Don’t forget about Soup Nights every Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:30 pm in the cafeteria and Stations of the Cross every Friday at 7:00 pm in the Church.  Our Lady of Lourdes will host our Morning of Recollection on Tuesday, March 26 from 9 am-12 noon.  We will have a combined Reconciliation Service with Our Lady of Lourdes on Tuesday, April 16 at 7 pm here at SFB.
