Pretty Simple

All are welcome who fear Him and act uprightly.

This is a comforting message and one that assures us that God knows “my story,” he knows me! This year the Annual Catholic Appeal is seeking to illustrate the great diversity and colorful mastery of God’s plan in our lives. Every story, no matter how insignificant it might seem, is a story of love.

It is not really complicated. Not always easy, but not complicated: Love one another. And in this love you will find joy, and that joyful giving will bear much fruit.

Each year, so many people give generously and sacrifice greatly. The Catholic community is united in this amazing commandment of love. And what does this make us? Friends. God, through love, calls us friends.

This story of friendship is seen in the smiling faces of the givers and receivers who are brought together each year, in love, during the Annual Catholic Appeal.
