One Heart in Charity

The reading from the Acts of the Apostles affirms the call to living and supporting one another in a community of faith. Together, the apostles lived, worked and prayed together, with “exultation and sincerity of heart” (Acts 2:42-47).

The Annual Catholic Appeal is a call to live this same community, sharing One Heart in Charity, in the spirit of the early apostles and Mary, who shared in their mission.

Every day, thousands of people turn to the Archdiocese of St. Louis for help. In our schools and parishes, at home and at work, and in agencies and apostolates named for Our Lady, we work to share in the same mission of community and compassion.

If you would like to complete your Contribution Card in person, they will be available in the Jesuit Hall Gathering Area after all the weekend Masses over the next three weekends.  The option to donate online is also available.  (Please include "370-SFB" in the Comments field.)  

Mary's first response to God's invitation to make a difference in the world was "yes."  This year, please prayerfully consider echoing her affirmation with a generous response to the Annual Catholic Appeal.
