Postcards for Life

Next weekend, January 14th and 15th, postcards will be in the church pews to personally give to our legislators during the March for Life in Washington, DC, as well as in Jefferson City within the next month.  East Central Area Missouri Right to Life and the Knights of Columbus Council #1121 are sponsoring this program so that we can thank our pro-life legislators for standing up for life.

Please take a moment before or after Mass to fill out one of these cards and drop them in one of the crates at the entrances to Church before you leave.  If you would prefer to bring pre-printed address labels and affix them to the postcards, that is okay.  Please make sure you sign your name.  Thank you!

Movie Day

The next movie hosted by our parish's Pro-Life Committee is  "He Knows My Name," and will be shown on Tuesday, January 17th, in the Green Room of Jesuit Hall.  Show times are 1:30pm and 7:00 pm.  This is a story about a little girl who has heard about Jesus from her neighbors, but her mother warns her to keep her distance.  One day the little girl brings Jesus home to meet her mother and grandfather.   The movie is 90 minutes.  There is no admission charge, but a freewill offering will be accepted for the parish-sponsored Pro-Life programs.
