We, as the priests of the parish, are now fully present to serve you, our
parishioners. I want to formally welcome Fr. Ray Buehler as the full time associate pastor of St. Francis Borgia Parish. I have been receiving raving reviews about him from parishioners at his former parish. Make sure you introduce yourself and not only the first time, but also for a little while as he will bebombarded with so many new faces and names.
Well, this weekend ends the Fair which means school is about to start. Joe Holtmeier, James Straatmann, Bud Albers, the two young Volmerts, Peter and John, plus men volunteers and the Round Table of the Knights of
Columbus have worked hard all summer getting the building into shape for the school year. There has been some additional work done to the women’s restroom by the cafeteria and to the restroom floors in the middle school building by the preschool. The school hallways on the lower level and the main level received a new look with some new paint and change of color. The second floor of the school was changed to provide AC for the fourth and fifth grade classes which have been moved closer to the gym stairway.
Thanks for all you do because we could not provide all of this, including a Catholic education for our youth without your support!!!
