Father Mike's Message - 09/11/2022

Dear Parishioners,

Welcome to our Fall Festival Sunday!  I hope you enjoy your time here this weekend and get to enjoy some of the fun activities of our Festival.  The food is outstanding, as always, along with the great companionship of fellow parishioners and other friends from our area and beyond.  Let’s make it a great day!  Thank you for your support.  See you at the Festival!

Even as we gather for this afternoon full of fun, it’s important that we take time to remember this 21st anniversary of 9/11.  We honor and pray for the innocent civilians murdered that day along with the brave first responders who did what they could to help.  We pray for our military members who have worked to defend our nation, some of whom have made the ultimate sacrifice.  And we remember the families of the victims as they continue to carry on without their loved ones.  Thank you for taking the time to honor their memory and to pray for our nation.
