Dear Parishioners, We are one week away from our Grade School Auction, Knightmare on Cedar Street! Our committee has planned quite a wonderful night for our guests. We are so grateful for all of our sponsors and for all who have donated to support the auction. All of this, of course, ultimately goes to support our school and the students we are fortunate to have as part of our school family. We are getting ready to start up a new class for RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults). Please see the note from Deacon Dave below for more information. If you are interested in becoming Catholic or want to learn more about our faith, or if you know someone who is, please let us know. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Next Sunday, October 2nd, we will get back to the Rosary March and the Life Chain! Please consider joining with fellow parishioners and people from the area for these events. There is more information about this on page 4 of this bulletin. Our Fall Festival was a wonderful success this year! We had great leadership from Justin & Laura Voss and Kyle & Jessica Mantle along with great volunteers who helped with cooking, cleaning, serving, setting up, taking down, working the booths, etc. Thank you to all of our volunteers! And thanks to all who came to enjoy the day and the festival. We were indeed blessed with some awesome weather! We don’t have final numbers yet. We will communicate more specifics in a future bulletin. We have been notified that our Parish Listening Sessions for the All Things New strategic planning initiative will be on October 10 & 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the ballroom in Jesuit Hall (3rd Floor). Registration is required. Please register for one of the nights. Also, it is best if parishioners attend the listening session at their own parish. See information about registration on page 2 of this bulletin or call the Parish Office for assistance. Have a blessed week. Fr. Mike Boehm
