Your partner in learning and faith,
Mrs. Linda Pahl, Principal
We are excited to introduce you to some new faces at SFBGS!
Hi! I’m Jordan Biermann. I’m looking forward to going back to my educational roots and beginning my teaching career at SFBGS as the
sixth grade homeroom teacher! ! I attended Borgia for 12 years and then went on to Mizzou where I earned my BA in psychology and BA in sociology. After five years of working in the business field, I decided I needed a change in career to something I enjoyed more fully. Thus, I headed back to school and earned my teaching certificate from Central Methodist University while working full time. In the midst of all of this, I found time to marry my husband Nick and we welcomed our first child, a daughter named Delaney. She keeps us laughing and busy all the time and I wouldn’t change anything. The only way to make things better for myself is to begin my teaching journey and I am beyond excited to do this through re-entry into the SFBGS school family. Please never hesitate to ask me questions or just come up to say hi and chat. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone! GO KNIGHTS!
Mrs. Patricia Epple will be returning to the faculty in a different capacity this fall! She’s been working with children at Borgia as a classroom assistant and long-term substitute teacher for the past couple of years. This year, she will return to our faculty as one of our
fifth grade teachers. Mrs. Epple is a certified teacher, brings years of classroom experience and uses a variety of teaching pedagogical approaches. Mrs. Epple has three grown sons and eight grandchildren! She enjoys spending time with her family; especially traveling.
Meet Miss Kelli Martin, our additional
7th grade homeroom teacher! Kelli grew up in a small town, Louisiana, Missouri. Kelli knew she wanted to be a teacher since she was a little girl when she taught lessons to her stuffed animals! She is a graduate of Maryville University. She has experience teaching Math, English and Science in grades 4-8. Here are a few of Kelli’s favorite things: Color: Pink, Restaurant: Starbucks, Flower: Sunflower, Hobby: Reading, Animal: Dog, Place: Any Beach, Treat: Skittles, Store: Target
Katelynn Keene is joining the Borgia team as our new
Before and After School Care Director! Katelyn resides in Dutzow, where she is currently working towards her teaching degree. Katelyn has experience in healthcare. She serves as both, Patient Care Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant. Katelyn is a proud mom of two gorgeous children. Her hobbies are playing with her children, going on adventures, being outside, and going to Branson with family for vacations. Making memories is one of the most important things to her. Katelynn will work closely with the Borgia Grade School Faculty to provide an enriching experience for your child(ren). As the new Director, Katelynn plans to structure the program based on the needs and interests of the students and build relationships with the community.
