Tropical Cyclone Vardah Makes Landfall in Fr. Freddy's Hometown

Please pray for Fr. Freddy and his family.  He has written that they are okay and working on recovering from the cyclone that made landfall Monday near Chennai, India, Father Freddy’s hometown.

Much Damage, Many Homeless

Cyclone Vardah caused destruction on an unprecedented scale in the region. Downed trees, flooding and structural damage are just some of the main issues that many people are having to deal with following the cyclone.  Many thousands of people  had to be evacuated to relief centers.

Our prayers go out to Father Freddy, his family and all those suffering from this disaster in India.
